Our Evaluation Services
At MindWell Neuropsychology, we offer compassionate and comprehensive services for children, adolescents, and young adults. Our evaluations are designed to help individuals and families better understand how the brain, learning, emotions, and behavior work together. We focus on identifying strengths as well as areas of challenge, and we provide clear, practical recommendations to support success at home, in school, and in everyday life.
Our goal is to help families feel informed, supported, and confident in the next steps forward.
Evaluations are conducted by Dr. Karolina Nicewicz, who has specialized training in child development, learning, and emotional functioning.

Neuropsychological Evaluations
Our neuropsychological evaluations provide a comprehensive understanding of the client's cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning. These assessments help clarify learning profiles, attention challenges, developmental concerns, and school‑related difficulties. Each evaluation includes a detailed report and practical recommendations for home and school.
Gifted and Talented Evaluations
Specialized evaluations that explore advanced cognitive abilities, creativity, and academic potential. Our evaluations help determine giftedness while offering guidance to support intellectual growth, emotional development and appropriate educational placement.
ADHD & Executive Functioning Evaluations
Our ADHD evaluations assess attention, working memory, organization, impulse control, and related executive functioning skills. We integrate standardized testing, behavioral observations, and parent/teacher input to provide a clear, evidence‑based understanding of attention‑related concerns.
Learning Disability Evaluations
We assess for dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and other learning disorders. These evaluations help families understand why a child may be struggling academically and what supports can help them succeed. Our reports include specific, actionable recommendations for school accommodations and interventions.
Psychoeducational Evaluations
Psychoeducational evaluations focus on academic skills, learning strengths, and areas of difficulty. These assessments are often used to support IEPs, 504 plans, and school‑based services. We evaluate reading, writing, math, and related cognitive processes to help families understand their child’s academic needs.
Personality/Psychological Assessments
